Dark chocolate filled with dark chocolate almond nougat

Zotter Organic Chocolate Almond Praliné Intense, vegan. Inspired by French dark nougat, a dark roasted almond nougat with an intense almond flavour was created and mixed with some fine chocolate with a brilliant 80% cocoa content. The composition is rounded off with a pinch of salt. The result is a delicately melting, intense flavour with a balanced sweetness. Covered in a wafer-thin layer of dark chocolate with an 80% cocoa content and finally coated in 70% chocolate - a treat for real gourmets.
