Naturata Organic Maple Sweetener. Naturata's organic maple sweetener is obtained from the thickened sap of North American maple trees and ground into a fine powder. It impresses with its caramel-like flavour, its natural quality and its versatility. Thanks to its good solubility and comparable sweetening power, it can be used 1:1 like household sugar. As a natural alternative to household sugar, it adds a special flavour to baked goods, desserts and drinks.
