Bauck Organic Lentil Burger Ready Mix. For savoury veggie burgers based on red lentils. Quick and easy to prepare. All you need is 210 ml boiling water and a little oil for the pan, nothing else. Delicious as a burger patty, small patty or party snack. Also works in the airfryer.

It's that simple:

Place the mixture in a bowl and pour boiling water over it, stir well and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
With moistened hands, form 4 large or 6 to 8 smaller patties.
Fry in hot fat on both sides until golden brown.

Airfryer tip: The lentil burger can also be easily prepared in the Airfryer. Simply use the airfry mode at 180° for about 15 minutes.
