Ready mix for gluten-free chickpea-based patties

Bauck Organic Falafel Burger Ready Mix. Chickpeas form the base of this juicy burger mix. Oriental spices and black cumin round off the blend. All you need is 225 ml of boiling water and a little oil for the pan, nothing else. Whether as a burger, patty, or snack, this mix is sure to delight you.
It's that simple:
  1. Place the mixture in a bowl and pour 225 ml boiling water over it, stir well and leave to soak for 15 minutes. 
  2. With moistened hands, form 4 large or 6 to 8 smaller patties. 
  3. Fry in hot fat on both sides until golden brown.
