BioVegan Organic Vegan Jager Sauce. Real mushrooms and wonderfully harmonised spices - really hearty and aromatic! The vegan jager sauce is a classic accompaniment to potatoes or spaetzle, vegan schnitzel or as a fine base for sliced meat. It's child's play, lightning fast and a sure-fire success: simply heat the contents of the bag with water - and the savoury treat is ready.
You add: 250 ml water
It's that simple:
  1. Stir the contents of the sachet into 250 ml of cold water in a pan.
  2. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer over a low heat for approx. 2 minutes - done!
Tip: For a slightly smoother sauce, simply stir a piece of cold margarine into the finished sauce.
