The mushroom flavour is rich and rounded, whilst the miso adds a typically Japanese touch. A classic version of the well-known instant ramen.

Place the noodles in a bowl and add the contents of the miso seasoning sachet. Pour 350 ml of boiling water over them, or just enough to cover the noodles. Cover and leave to stand for 7-8 minutes. Stir well and enjoy.
