Heuschrecke Organic Green Tea Chun Mee. A typical, spicy and full-bodied Chinese green tea made from spring harvests. Fresh, lively, smooth and floral with a fruity note. Emei Spring from the Wulongshan Farm in the Chinese province of Jiangxi. This tea comes from extensively farmed highland areas. In contrast to the intensive plantation cultivation in the lowlands, the focus here is not on maximising crop yield, but on making the most of natural conditions.

How to prepare the tea: Use 4 teaspoons (10 g) per 1 litre of tea; add freshly boiled water that has been allowed to cool slightly, and leave to infuse for approx. 2 minutes. This variety is not well suited to a second infusion.
