The name K34 stands for the proportion of around 34% potassium chloride that is added to the primordial rock salt. The K34 potassium salt mixture is a wonderful alternative to conventional table salt and gives food a pleasantly mild and natural, salty flavour. Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
