Borchers Organic Matcha Powder. Whether prepared classically as a traditional ritual of enjoyment, refreshingly as an iced matcha latte, or blended with syrup into cakes and pastries: treat yourself and enjoy your favourite matcha exactly the way you like it. Whether as an energising start to your morning or a little afternoon escape: this matcha is ready whenever you are.
Basic recipe for matcha tea:
Pour 80–100 ml of hot water (80°C) over 1 g (approx. 1 tsp) of aromatic organic matcha powder and whisk until frothy. It’s best to use a bamboo whisk (chasen) for this.
Recipe tip for Matcha Latte:
Whisk ½ teaspoon of matcha powder with 50 ml of water heated to 80 °C in a small bowl until frothy. Then add the matcha to frothed milk or a plant-based drink (180 ml). Ready to enjoy!
