Bohlsener Mühle Organic Couscous Tomato Salad. The organic ready-made mix combines fine organic couscous with flavoursome tomato granules and selected herbs to create an uncomplicated, versatile salad mix. The pleasantly fruity, Mediterranean flavour is suitable for many occasions and can be flexibly integrated into everyday life. The mixture can be prepared in just 5 minutes without any cooking: pour hot water over it, leave to swell briefly and it's ready! This makes the couscous tomato salad an ideal meal for a lunch break, as a barbecue side dish or as a base for fresh bowls.
Preparation:
- Mix with 250 ml boiling water.
- Leave to soak for 5 minutes.
- Refine as desired (e.g. with feta cheese, olives or toasted bread cubes).
