Bigallet Organic Cane Sugar Syrup. This syrup, made with fair-trade brown cane sugar from Brazil, perfectly brings out the sweet and robust notes of sugarcane juice with a hint of vanilla. It is ideal for making cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, but can also be used as a sugar substitute in recipes.

Shake well before use and dilute with water in a ratio of 1:8 to 1:10, depending on your taste. If the recommended dosage is followed, 700 ml of syrup will yield more than 6 litres of ready-to-drink beverage. A slight sediment, due to the natural ingredients, is completely normal.

Organic syrup tastes great when diluted with water, but also enhances drinks, tea, cocktails and desserts.
