Simply mix, pour into the pan, serve with fresh fruit or a dash of maple syrup and enjoy.

Preparation:Pour the pancake mix in a bowl.

Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
Grease a non sticking pan, scoop the batter onto the pan, cook for 2 minutes, then flip. Serve with a topping.
