Alce Nero Organic Fruit Puree Banana and Apple. In these jars, aromatic bananas meet apples from Italian organic farmers. The fruit is washed, carefully chopped and then gently cooked into a fine purée. After filling, the jars undergo heat treatment to support shelf life. No added sugar.
