Alce Nero Oragnic Tomato Sauce with Vegetables. In this sauce, aromatic tomatoes are combined with carrots, zucchini, and potatoes from Italian organic farmers. The tomatoes are washed, sorted, and steam-peeled. Only then are they chopped, puréed, and concentrated to obtain the purée to which the vegetables are added.
