Bigallet Organic Peppermint Syrup. The delicate essential oils and aromatic flavour of the peppermint leaves from the Auvergne are extracted using an infusion of the plant and then simmered down with French-grown beet sugar. The syrup delights the palate with the delicate flavour of mint and a slightly peppery finish.
  • Colour: The infusion of peppermint from the Auvergne gives the syrup its naturally beautiful, pale yellow hue.
  • Aroma: Scent of fresh peppermint.
  • Flavour: Mild mint with a slightly peppery note.

Shake well before use and dilute with water in a ratio of 1:8 to 1:10, depending on your taste. If the recommended dosage is followed, 700 ml of syrup will yield more than 6 litres of ready-to-drink beverage. A slight sediment, due to the natural ingredients, is completely normal.

Organic syrup tastes great when diluted with water, but also enhances drinks, tea, cocktails and desserts.
