Wurzelsepp moor pillow neck (53cm x 18cm) supports treatment of hardenings in the neck and shoulder area, rheumatic discomfort in knee, elbow or joints.
Moor, or peat– a natural substance with a variety of applications – has become more conscious to people recently. Unfortunately, there are only a few unspoilt and ecologically healthy moors left today. But around the city of Bad Aibling, the oldest peat pulp bath in Bavaria, one of the largest and healthily growing high moors of Germany can be found. Here the medically relevant black peat is cut, which is found in the lowest, black-brown layers of the moor. This medically relevant peat is used for making Bad Aiblinger moor pillows.

Thermal therapy
The optimal temperature ranges between 38°C and 55°C. Before application, check temperature with back of your hand for convenience. At higher temperatures, we suggest to use a towel as separator.

Heating in water
- boil water
- remove pot from oven
- put moor pillow into water
- let steep for 10 to 15 minutes
- put moor pillow onto affected areas

Heating in microwave
Heat moor pillow in small steps of one minute each to desired temperature.

Cold treatment:
Put moor pillow into refrigerator for approximately 2 hours.

Additional Information Wurzelsepp Bad Aiblinger moor pillow neck:
Caution: Do not boil moor pillow in pot and do not heat in oven. Heating the pillow in microwave shortens lifetime of foil. Properly used, the moor pillow can be used for 2 years due to foil’s lifespan.
