This tasty Sonnentor organic tea mix is intended to protect your body from the inside by supporting the immune system. Sonnentor Hildegard Guardian Angel tea contains among others apples, coriander, fennel, rose hip, curled mint, anise, melissa and corn flowers. Hildegard Guardian Angel tea is also available in tea bags.

Sonnentor – Hildegard von Bingen selection
The Benedictine and later abbess Hildegard von Bingen counts due to her numerous visions, her medical essays and her attitude towards a healthy lifestyle to the most important women of the German Late Middle Ages. The valuable powers of natural ingredients played a major role in her “spiritual apperceptions”. The aim of the abbess, coming from a noble family, was to learn as much as possible about herbs and plants and to pass on this knowledge. In the 12th century, Hildegard von Bingen wrote natural studies books about plants and treatment of illnesses. The wholeness of man was always in the centre of her thoughts. In her works she connected own interpretations of plants and naturopathy with handed on knowledge of traditional medicine. Sonnentor has selected only a cross-section from this wide range of recipes. Sonnentor tries to adapt these recipes to modern taste by gently altering them. The main part of the Sonnentor Hildegard collection bases on passed on knowledge of Hildegard von Bingen. To avoid misunderstanding, all Sonnentor own creations are labelled as such.
