With a delicious breakfast tea Kräutergarten Pommerland Blütenreigen the day starts easy and elatedly – a summer morning at any season. Kräutergarten Pommerland Blütenreigen contains elderflower from collection in the wild. Organic lemon balm, organic citrus thyme, organic calendula, organic corn flower and organic mallow flower. In traditional medicine, tea made from elderflower is recommended for activating defence forces of the body. Lemon balm is recommended for treating colds. Tea made from the yellow flowers of calendula is said to act anticonvulsant and eupeptic. The shiny blue corn flower had been disappeared from many fields for a longer time. Corn flowers are demanding plants that only grow with difficulties on over-fertilised acres. In the herbal blend Blütenreigen the corn flower especially stand out as interesting dash of colour.

The cooperative Kräutergarten Pommerland, which was founded as recently as 2001 by a group of like-minded people, grows in a remote area of the Baltic island of Usedom organic herbs. Calendula, corn flower and melissa can also be found in the herb cultivations as mallow, dragonhead and peppermint. Elder, Saint-John’s-wort and yarrow are carefully and certified hand-collected in the wild. The predominantly small acres are farmed largely by hand. Heavy horse “Merle” is a helping hand when it comes to ploughing and harrowing. Only on the larger acres herbs are collected using a harvester. The high quality of Kräutergarten Pommerland rests on four foundations:

1. All processed herbs, flowers and fruits come from regional organic farming or collection in the wild.
2. The harvest is processed instantly and fresh.
3. Utmost attention is give to gentle processing and drying of herbs.
4. Tea from Kräutergarten Pommerland is free of colorants, artificial aroma and preservatives.

All receipts of the unusual organic tea creations are tested, optimised and perfected in taste in-house before market launch. Kräutergarten Pommerland tea mixes are deliberately packed in clear-sighted packages, as to allow tea lovers to see for themselves the high quality. Complete leafs and big, colourful flowers are visible signs of high-quality ingredients and their gentle processing. Tea from Kräutergarten Pommerland is therefore not available in tea bags, but only loose.

Application Kräutergarten Pommerland Tea Blütenreigen:
For usage, cut open the bag and close it afterwards with the clip. It is best to put the tea into a sealable tin or a shaded glass. To keep the natural aroma as good as possible, Kräutergarten Pommerland packed the dried herbs as large leafs. Crumble two finger tips of herbs per tea cup, souse with boiling water and let steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
